IT Account Manager

Job Description:

One of our clients seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Account Manager to join the team. As an IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a focus on IT industry clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle (prospecting-discovery-solution proposing-presentation-negotiating-closing).
  • Understand clients’ IT requirements and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Proactively engage with clients to address any issues, concerns, or feedback, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Keep updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates on client account performance to the management team.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s client base and enhance our reputation.

Job Requirements:

  • Female
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry, B2B, with at least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of IT products and services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about clients’ needs and business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
